Parthemore Funeral Home & Cremation Services is an independent, family-owned funeral home. When we opened our home in 1969, we did so with the firm belief that dignity, compassion and professionalism were of utmost importance to the families we serve. That principle has passed on from generation to generation.

As a free service to parents and children attending local area community events, Parthemore offers a program entitled Cards from Kids to Soldiers. This program is inspired by a year-round campaign entitled, A Million Thanks, a non-profit organization dedicated to showing appreciation to the U.S. Military men and women. Parents who bring their children to Parthemore’s Cards from Kids booth are able to obtain a free packet including the necessary components for thanking the U.S. military both past and present. Kids are able to create the cards with Parthemore’s staff at the booth, or craft them at home.
