| Clifford Eugene Butler, 88, of Lewisberry, died Saturday, January 2, 2010, at Harrisburg Hospital. |
| He was a retired as an inspector at the Harley-Davidson Inc. York plant in 1984; an Army WWII veteran; attended Fishing Creek Salem United Methodist Church, Etters, and was a former member of the Valley Green Golf Club, Etters. Born on December 26, 1921, in Dover, PA, he was the son of the late Morris and Effie (Richcreek) Butler. He was the widower of Jane I. (Brenneman) Butler and was also preceded in death by a brother, William Butler. |
| Surviving are a son, Gary C. Butler and his wife Susan J. Butler of York; a brother, Homer J. Butler of Silver Spring, MD; two grandchildren, Brett G. Butler of York and Jennifer S. Butler-Stone and her husband Mark A. Stone of Lynchburg, VA. |
| Funeral services will be held 2 PM Wednesday at Fishing Creek Salem United Methodist Church with the Rev. Paul W. Baughman officiating. Burial will be in Emanuel Cemetery, Fairview Twp. Viewing will be held one hour prior to the services in the church. |
