Joan Cecilia Frantz, 79, of Harrisburg, died Saturday, February 26, 2010 at Holy Spirit Hospital, E. Pennsboro Twp. 

She was retired from Pennsylvania State Department of Agriculture.  She was a former member of St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church, Harrisburg.

She is survived by her husband Norman E. Frantz; a son, David N. and his wife Linda of Newville; three nieces, three nephews, and several grand nieces and grand nephews.

Viewing will be from 1pm until the Committal Service at 1:30pm Tuesday at the Chapel of Peace Mausoleum in Rolling Green Memorial Park, Lower Allen Twp.
