June E. Sprenkle Norton, 85, formerly of New Cumberland and Hamburg, died Saturday, March 20, 2010, at The Woods At Cedar Run, Lower Allen Twp.

Born on June 2, 1924, in Harrisburg, she was the daughter of the late Walter A. and Carrie B. (Clingan) Seitz. She was the widow of James G. Norton and Arthur L. Sprenkle. She was also preceded in death by a granddaughter, Sherry L. Rudy. The most important things in June’s life were her faith and spending time with her family.

Surviving are two sons, Robert E. Sprenkle (Warrenette) of Lemoyne, Ron L. Sprenkle of Camp Hill; two daughter, Kathy A. Beaverson of Middletown and Susan M. Sponsler (Jack) of Ashburn, VA; ten grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2 PM Wednesday in Parthemore Funeral Home and Cremation Services, New Cumberland. Burial will be in Rolling Green Cemetery, Lower Allen Twp.

Viewing will be held one hour prior to services in the funeral home on Wednesday.
