Joy D. Loy, 68, of Harrisburg died Sunday, April 18, 2010 at  Carolyn Croxton Slane Residence, Service of Hospice of Central PA.

She was the retired owner operator of Beer Center on Progress Avenue in Harrisburg.  She also retired from sales with AT&T. 

She was born February 24, 1942 in Allentown to the late Fletcher and Anne (Billovesky) Wicker.  She was also preceded in death by her son, Jeffrey Abbott Loy and brother Ronald.

She is survived by her husband Abbott and a brother, Dr. Fletcher D. Wicker of Lomita, CA.

Visitation will be at 1pm Thursday followed by funeral services at 2pm at Parthemore Funeral Home, New Cumberland.  Burial will follow in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Fairview Twp.
