Jean Carol Aspell, 83, of Roselle, NJ died Tuesday May 18, 2010 in Lower Allen Twp., Camp Hill, while staying at the home of her daughter.
She retired as the Office Manager for A.J. Celiano, Inc. in 1989; was a graduate of Erasmus Hall High School, Brooklyn, NY class of 1944; and was a member of St. Joseph the Carpenter Roman Catholic Church, Roselle, NJ.
Mrs. Aspell was born in Brooklyn, NY to the late Leo and Margaret (Thompson) Hagerty and was the widow of Edward Joseph Aspell.
She is survived by her sons, David E. Aspell and wife Margaret of Palisades Park, NJ and Leo E. Aspell and wife Louise of Fremont, CA; her daughter, Carol S. Barno and husband Brian of Camp Hill; and five grandchildren, Eric, Kathleen, Eileen, Erin and Emily.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 am on Monday May 24, 2010 in her church, East Fourth Ave., Roselle, NJ. Visitation will be from 2-4 pm Sunday May 23, 2010 in Dooley Funeral Home, 218 North Ave. West, Cranford, NJ. Burial will be in St. Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia, NJ
