Donald G. Myers, 65, of Middlesex Twp., Carlisle, died Tuesday, June 15, 2010, at Holy Spirit Hospital, East Pennsboro Twp.

He was a Lead Supply Technician for Defense Distribution Susquehanna Pennsylvania; a member of the AFGP, Local 1156, Mechanicsburg and a Marine Corps veteran of the Viet Nam War.

Born on March 12, 1945, in Madison, Wisconsin, he was the son of Joyce E. (Fogle) Myers of Camp Hill and the late Alvin L. Myers.

In addition to his mother, surviving are his companion, Barbara A. Pickering; a son, Mark A. of Carlisle; a daughter, Kelly R. Wurster of Rochester, NY; two sisters, Joan E. Coleman of Dover and Patricia A. Wisotzkey of Dover; five grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 AM Friday in Parthemore Funeral Home and Cremation Services, New Cumberland, with Deacon Fran Gorman officiating. Burial will be in Emanuel Cemetery, Fairview Twp

Viewing will be held 6 – 8 PM Thursday in the funeral home.
