Jane S. Michalak, 91, of Hampden Township, Mechanicsburg, PA, died Sunday June 20, 2010, at Holy Spirit Hospital, East Pennsboro Township, PA.

She was a retired employee of David Clark Inc., Worcester, MA.

Born in Worcester, MA, on December 18, 1918, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Stacia (Dziak) Kijowski. She was the widow of Edward J. Michalak and was also preceded in death by her son, Kenneth E. Michalak.

Surviving are a daughter, Elaine J. Michalak of Mechanicsburg PA; two sisters, Stella Kucharski of New Hampshire and Josephine Bylinski of Worcester, MA; a grandson, Michael K. Michalak of Millbury, MA, and a granddaughter, Michele M. Michalak of Sutton, MA; four great grandchildren, Michael K. Jr. and Danielle M. Michalak, Brandon P. and Nicole R.  Bardier.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:00AM on Saturday June 26, 2010 at Our Lady of Czestochowa Church, 34 Ward Street, Worcester, MA. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Worcester, MA.

Visitation will be from 6:00PM to 8:00PM on Friday June 25, 2010 at Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main Street, Millbury, MA.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are requested to a Hospice organization of the donor’s choosing.
