Donald K. Carson, 89, of Camp Hill, formerly of New Cumberland, passed away at the home of his daughter Donna, on Saturday, July 3, 2010.
A veteran, he served his country proudly during WWII and the Korean Conflict in the 20th Air Force as a Technical Sergeant. He was an international commercial airline Flight Engineer and after retiring from the cockpit, started his own business - Air Ventures, of New Cumberland.
He is survived by two daughters, Jeanne C. Kosanovic and her husband Joseph of Camp Hill and Donna Shaffer and her fiancé Jeffrey Pursley of Camp Hill; and three grandchildren, Geoffrey Carson, Chris and Craig Folmer.
There will be a Memorial Service Saturday, July 10th, at 10:00 AM at Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church, 1610 Carlisle Road, Camp Hill. Inurnment will be at the convenience of the family at Rolling Green Cemetery.
