Jeremy B. Umphred

Jeremy B. Umphred, 37, of Newberry Twp., Etters, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 16, 2017, at Harrisburg Hospital.
He was a Diesel Mechanic at various trucking firms in the central PA area; a 1998 graduate of Red Land High School, Lewisberry and the Cumberland Perry Area Vocational Technical School, Mechanicsburg; a former member of the West Shore Sportsmen's Association, Lewisberry. Jeremy was an avid out-doors man and enjoyed hunting, fishing and motorsports. Born on February 23, 1979, in Harrisburg, he was the son of Larry D. Umphred of Dover (Ann) and Mary J. Landis Umphred of Lewisberry.
In addition to his parents, surviving are his fiancée, Aimee L. Kelley of Etters; two daughters, Kaylie Skye Naugle of Lewisberry, and Maya Lorraine Myrdahl of Etters; two sons, Mason Channing Umphred and Maddox Dean Umphred, both of Etters; a brother, Larry A. Umphred and wife, Jessica, of Kodak, TN; two step-sisters, Ashley Hamilton and husband, Josh, of Enola, and Amber LeDoux of New Cumberland; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be held at 4 PM on Saturday at Parthemore Funeral Home and Cremation Services, New Cumberland, with the Rev. Tim Seiger officiating. Visitation will be held 2:30 – 4 PM prior to the services on Saturday at the funeral home.
