Richard R. "Rick" Orlandi

Richard R. “Rick” Orlandi, 74, of Newberry Twp., Etters, died Tuesday, February 14, 2017, at his home after a long, courageous battle with cancer.
He retired as Benefits Coordinator for the Commonwealth of PA, Dept. of Health and Human Services; and had previously worked for PA Medical Society and Capital Blue Cross. Richard was a Navy Veteran of the Vietnam War; a member of Fishing Creek Salem United Methodist Church, Etters, and American Legion Post 143, New Cumberland.
Born on June 22, 1942, he was the son of the late Raymond and Elizabeth I. (Pachniack) Orlandi.
Surviving are his wife, Alice (Felgar) Orlandi; a son, Brian R. of New Cumberland; a daughter, Jennifer J. Gnegy and husband, Kevin, of Duncansville; a brother, Larry Orlandi of Stoystown; two sisters, Delores Williams of Deer Park, NY, and Rita Hardesty of Seffner, FL; two grandsons, Kyle and Tyler of Duncansville.
Funeral services will be held at 2 PM on Sunday at Fishing Creek Salem United Methodist Church, Etters, with the Rev. Dr. Deborah J. Heisley-Cato officiating. Burial will be in Fishing Creek Salem Cemetery.
Visitation will be held 3 – 5 PM Saturday at Parthemore Funeral Home and Cremation Services, New Cumberland.
