Timothy Brett Fisher

Timothy Brett Fisher, 55, of Enola, went to be with his Lord on Wednesday, August 28, 2019.

He was a 1982 graduate of Cumberland Valley High School and attended Slippery Rock University.

Tim was a member of Aldersgate United Methodist Church, Mechanicsburg, where he enjoyed singing in the choir and was involved with many other church activities. Additionally, he was a dedicated volunteer at New Digs Ministry, Mechanicsburg.

Tim was born in Harrisburg, the son of Marsha (Gummo) Fisher of Enola and the late Norman Ray Fisher. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Thomas and Margaret Gummo and his paternal grandparents, Richard and Zelda Fisher.

In addition to his mother, Tim is survived by his sister Kim Fisher (Lisa Barneycastle) of Mechanicsburg and brother by friendship, Allen Clippinger; aunt and uncle, Gail and Paul McCauley; cousins, Brent, Heather, Lillian and Allison McCauley; and the Fisher family of Lewistown.

A Celebration of Tim’s Life will be held at 11 am on Saturday, September 7, 2019 in Aldersgate United Methodist Church, 1480 Jerusalem Rd. Mechanicsburg, PA 17050 with the Rev. Jan Hughes, his pastor officiating. Visitation with the family will be one hour prior to the service Saturday in the church.
