Alan C. Warner, 82, of Forest Park Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, Carlisle, PA formerly of Lake City, Florida and Kodak, Tennessee died Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at Forest Park.

He was born August 5, 1938 in Redditch, England to the late Clifford George and Iris (Mogg) Warner. He immigrated to the United States in 1948 and he and his parents settled in the Boston area. He graduated from Wentworth Institute in 1960 and began working at Xerox Corporation where he was a Customer Service Engineer for 34 years until his retirement.

He was a long-standing member of Epiphany Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus in Lake City. He enjoyed sailing and was a member of The United States Power Squadron boating club. He was an avid model railroad hobbyist and musician, playing the clarinet and saxophone in multiple local jazz bands.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Currie (Cappel) Warner, son, Clifford Warner and grandson, Alan-Michael Simmons.

He is survived by his wife, Iris R. Warner of Illinois; daughter, Wendy L. Simmons (Jay) of Mechanicsburg; PA, son, Kevin M. Warner (Shyrley) of Orlando, FL; brother Terry Warner of Bullhead City, AZ, sister Janice Byington of Clayton, NY; grandchildren, Connor and Kaitlyn Simmons and Ellie Warner; a niece and several nephews.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family in better times.
