Barbara C. Fisher

Barbara C. Fisher, 72, of Mechanicsburg, died Tuesday, January 23, 2018 at Geisinger Holy Spirit Hospital, East Pennsboro Twp.

She retired as an administrative assistant for the former American General, Camp Hill, and was a 1963 graduate of Cedar Cliff High School, Camp Hill. She lived for and loved God, her family, her children and grandchildren with a full heart. She will be truly missed.

Born in Mechanicsburg on January 27, 1945, she was the daughter of the late Leonard and Laura (Lear) Conley.

Surviving are her husband of 53 years, Larry E. Fisher; a son Joshua T. Fisher and his fiancée, Nichole R. Selzer of Laguna Niguel, CA; two daughters and their husbands, Wendy M. and Kevin E. Mitchell of Mt. Airy, MD, and Cindy A. and Jeff T. Payne of Etters; two brothers, Jim Conley of Bolivia, NC, and John Conley of Downingtown; a sister, Ann Acri of New Cumberland; five grandsons, Aaron, Jacob, Jeremy, Justin and Seth; a granddaughter, Kylie Grace.

Memorial services will be held at 2 PM on Friday at Parthemore Funeral Home and Cremation Services, New Cumberland, with the Rev. John D. Wetherbee. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the services in the funeral home. Burial will be in Rolling Green Memorial Park, Lower Allen Twp.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
