Charlene B. Himelsbach

Charlene B. Himelsbach, 71, of East Hempfield Twp., Lancaster, and formerly of Dillsburg, died Saturday, June 26, 2021, at Penn State Health Hershey Medical Center, Derry Twp.

She retired from the Giant Food Administrative Office, Carlisle. She enjoyed family gatherings the most, playing with her grandchildren, time at the beach, shopping and going to live productions.

Born on February 1, 1950, in Mechanicsburg, she was the daughter of the late Charles E. Sr. and Emma A. (Colburn) Altoff. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Emily Kimball.

Surviving are three daughters, Angela L. Evans of Dillsburg, Dawn M. Yeager (Chester) of Enola, and Dori A. Dorritie (Scott) of Newport; six grandchildren, Tony, Forrest, Tommy, Courtney, Autumn and Ryan; seven great grandchildren and number eight on the way, Austin, Titan, Hailey, Emma, Aubrey, River and Kalan; two brothers, Charles Altoff of Mechanicsburg and Walter Altoff of Lewisberry; companion, Larry E. Ruth of Lancaster; two nieces, Christine Brady and Dianna Gopear.

A family Celebration of Life will be held privately.

Cremation arrangements are entrusted to Parthemore Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
