David P. Black

David P. Black, 75, of West Fairview, passed away on Monday, December 12, 2022, after a long battle with cancer. He retired from the maintenance department of Holy Spirit Hospital, East Pennsboro Twp., after working for many years at the Harrisburg Steel Company. He was a Master Railroad Modeler and had many other interests and abilities.

He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Ida; stepchildren, Angela Mason (Ron), and Christopher Pfarr (Ellen), grandchildren, Brittney Shaffer and Michael Pfarr, and two great grandchildren, Jace and Freya, and friend, George Gebhard.

Graveside services will be held at 10 AM on Friday at Rolling Green Cemetery, Lower Allen Twp.
