Edwin Albin Prescott

January 14, 1970 — May 3, 2020

Edwin Albin Prescott, 50, of Enola, passed away on Sunday, May 3, 2020 in his residence.

He was a truck driver and formerly a chef at several local area restaurants. He was a graduate of Addison High School, Addison, NY and a member of Emmanuel United Methodist Church, Enola and its Men’s Bible Study. He looked forward to meeting with the men’s group for breakfast weekly at local area diners. In recent years his culinary skills were reserved for friends and family and enjoyed by all.

Ed enjoyed online gaming, watching old black and white movies, and was an avid sports fan loyal to the Pittsburgh Steelers and NY Mets.

Ed was born in Bath, NY to Josephine (Ettlinger) Prescott of New Cumberland and the late Edwin M. Prescott.

In addition to his mother, Ed is survived by his three brothers, Eric M. Prescott and wife Christine, Timothy A. Prescott and wife Clarissa and Steven E. Prescott and partner Karen Isaacman; nieces, Cherilynn Kerr and Jessica Prescott; and nephews, Corwin Prescott, Bleys Prescott and Jake Prescott.

Due to the current COVID 19 restrictions, private services will be held at the convenience of the family with the Rev. Eugene A. Liddick officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests memorial contributions in Ed’s memory to Bethesda Mission, P.O. Box 3041, 2001 North Front Street Harrisburg, PA 17102.
