Eric Jason Shafer

Eric Jason Shafer, 19, of Dover, Newberry Twp. died Sunday, February 24th from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
He was a 2011 graduate of Redland High School and enjoyed snowboarding, skateboarding, and his many friends. He will always be remembered for his positive outlook and joy for life, his wonderful smile and compassionate and caring nature.
He is survived by his parents Paul S. and Pam Shafer; a sister, Amy Nicole Shafer at home, his grandmother Patricia L. Shafer of Etters; aunts and uncles, Jim and Ann Shafer and Toni Brennan; cousins, Dana and Lauren Shafer and Shen and Neith Brennan; and many additional loving family members.
Visitation will be from 9:30 until the memorial service at 11am Friday at Parthemore Funeral Home, New Cumberland. Interment will follow in Emanuel Cemetery, Fairview Twp.
Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of ones choice.
