Garry L. Esworthy

Garry L. Esworthy, 59, of Lower Paxton Twp., died Wednesday evening, November 27, 2013 at his home.
He was recently retired from the County of Dauphin. Garry previously served as a School Board Director for Central Dauphin School District and held leadership roles in several community organizations, including Paxtonia Athletic Assn. and Friends of Wildwood. Born in Harrisburg on July 14, 1954, he was the son of the late LeRoy and Eleanor (Garrison) Esworthy.
Surviving are his wife of 34 years, Kim M. (Campbell) Esworthy; two sons, Brian A. Esworthy of Reinholds and Steven A. Esworthy of Harrisburg; and two nieces, Rita Cruz of Hummelstown and Wanda Garrison of Middletown.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
