Janet L. Snyder

Janet L. Snyder, 76, of Middletown, died Thursday, June 4, 2020, at Courtyard Gardens, Middletown.

She was born in Fairview Twp. on November 16, 1943, the daughter of James E. and Mary C. (Shuey) Snyder. Janet was also preceded in death by three brothers, John, Bruce, and J. Luther Snyder; four sisters, Ruth Kautz, Marie Howley, Betty Peiffer and Joyce Snyder; and a nephew, Charles Snyder, Jr.

Surviving are her brother, Charles E. Snyder of Carlisle; her niece, Debra K. Keyser, who was Janet's main caretaker, and many nieces and nephews and Janet's very special friend, Russell Koons.

Due the pandemic, private services will be held at the convenience of the family with burial in Woodlawn Cemetery, Lower Paxton Twp. Public services will be held at a later date once the restrictions have been lifted. Please watch this area for announcements.
