Kim Michelle Anderson

Kim Michelle Anderson, 63, of New Cumberland, died Monday, July 20, 2020, at UPMC Pinnacle Harrisburg Hospital. Kim lost her battle with breast cancer, and we thank all the medical professionals that helped through Kim's medical journey of the last four years as she bravely fought until the end.

Kim was a dedicated and hardworking individual. Kim started her career at Eastman Kodak where she worked for 20 years. She then went to Ikon, Sun Micro-systems, to PENDOT, then to The Department of Labor and Industry. She was a Financial Analyst for the Commonwealth of PA, Dept. of Education when she retired due to medical complications; Kim was a fun loving person and a treasure to all the lives she touched. She was a treasurer for a local D-56 club, she was a founder of a tight knit card club, and she always brought joy to her family and friends.

Born on Monday, November 19, 1956, in Riverview, MI, she was the daughter of the late Rowland W. and Mary K (Fox) Ruddock. She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Greg and James Ruddock, and a sister, Karen Ruddock.

Surviving are her husband of 37 years, Edward R. Anderson; her son, Joel A. Anderson of New Cumberland; two sisters, Karol Hawbecker of Wormleysburg, and Kat Ruddock-Oliver of Riverview, MI.
