Lester D. Rudy, Iii

Lester D. Rudy, III, 55, of Camp Hill, passed away on Monday, March 19, 2018 in UPMC Pinnacle West Shore Hospital, Hampden Twp.

He was an auto mechanic with the former Titus Caddilac/Oldsmobile, Harrisburg and a former chef with Ponderosa Steak House, Harrisburg. Lester was a former member of Harrisburg First Church of the Brethren and the Boy Scouts of America. He attended Harrisburg Area Community College, enjoyed music, theme parks and watching car shows on TV. Additionally, he was an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan.

Lester was born in Harrisburg to the late Lester D. and Sara (Rose) Rudy, II.
He is survived by his loving wife Bonita L. (Cobaugh) Rudy; children, Kimberly M. Rudy of Camp Hill, David L. Rudy and wife Stevie of Camp Hill and Brandon L. Rudy of Camp Hill; sisters, Tina Rudy and Sara Rudy, both of Harrisburg; and a grandson Linnaeus Hogan.

A memorial service will be held at noon on Monday, March 26, 2018 in Harrisburg First Church of the Brethren, 219 Hummel St. Harrisburg, PA 17104. A visitation will be held from 11 am until service time Monday in the church.
