Lois R. (Parthemer) Shaffer

Lois R. (Parthemer) Shaffer, 88, of Lewisberry, passed away on Friday, January 15, 2021 in her residence, surrounded by her loving family.

She attended Yocumtown Church of God, Etters and was an excellent cook who collected many, many cookbooks over the years. More than anything though, her life revolved around her family.

Lois was born in Harrisburg, the daughter of Charles B. and Mary (Krall) Parthemer.
She was the widow of Luther L. Shaffer and is survived by her daughters, Sherrie L. Hinkle (Claude) of York Haven and Tanya C. Hunt (James) of Lewisberry; five grandchildren, Chris, Shauna, Amanda, Janelle and Jordan; and ten great grandchildren, Dylan, Natalie, Brooklyn, Jax, Noah, Drew, Astraea, Toryn, Opie and Archer.

A graveside service will be held on January 21, 2021 at 11:00 am at Tri-County Memorial Gardens, Lewisberry with Stephanie DiFrancesco officiating.
