Michael J. Skovrinskie

November 25, 1951 — July 4, 2015

Michael J. Skovrinskie, 63, of Camp Hill died Saturday, July 4th 2015 at Golden Living Center, West Shore.
He was a retired business manager from Dauphin County Technical School and had also worked for Harrisburg School District. He was a member of St. Theresa Parish, New Cumberland. A Penn State fan, he enjoyed golf, reading, American history, and especially his grandchildren.
He was born November 25, 1951 in Shamokin to the late Jerome and Catherine (Reich) Skovrinskie. He was the widower of Karen (Wixson) Skovrinskie.
He is survived by two sons, Michael M. of Harrisburg and Andrew R. of Mechanicsburg; two daughters, Katia E. Skovrinskie of Raleigh, NC and Jenna M. Durst of York; brother Gerald of Shamokin, sister Kathleen Ferrari of Mechanicsburg, cousin Karen Chowka of Shamokin, and six grandchildren, Anya, Brady, Camryn, Cody, Dylan, and Austin.
Visitation will be from 9:30 to 10:30am Friday at Parthemore Funeral Home, New Cumberland.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11am Friday at St. Theresa Catholic Church, New Cumberland.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are requested to American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 897, Hershey, PA 17033
