Naomi J. "Nomie" Snyder

Naomi J. “Nomie” Snyder, 94, of New Cumberland died Monday, April 22, 2019 at Carolyn House, Susquehanna Twp.

She was retired from PennDOT. A 1942 graduate of the former Swatara High School, she was a Big Band Singer and enjoyed playing the keyboard.

She was born September 30, 1924 in Harrisburg to the late William M. and Anna Ruth (Fliesher) Baughman. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Betty Goodhart and two brothers, George and Emerson Baughman.

She is survived by two sons, Kenneth A. Snyder of New Cumberland and Charles E. Snyder and his fiancé Kim of Bullhead City, AZ; and two grandchildren, Alan and Valerie Snyder.

Viewing will be from 10am until funeral services at 11am Friday at Parthemore Funeral Home, New Cumberland. Entombment will follow in Rolling Green Cemetery, Lower Allen Twp.
