Pamela K. Lonnquist

Pamela K. Lonnquist, 62, of Newberry Twp., Etters, passed away Wednesday, April 6, 2022, at home surrounded by her loving family.

She retired after fifteen years as the manager at the Etters location of Rutters Farm Store. Pam enjoyed going to the casino and traveling with her husband to various places including Florida and Alaska. She was an avid dog lover.

Born on May 22, 1959, in Frankfurt, Germany, she was the daughter of the late Bonnie M. (Dunn) and Roland F. Newton.
Pam was predeceased by parents Bonnie M. (Dunn) and Roland Newton, Grandson Eli L. Samborski, and her beloved puppy’s.

Surviving are her husband of 26 years, William V. Lonnquist; son and daughters, Joel W. (Remer) King (Randy) of Orlando, FL, Rhonda M. Samborski (Zachery) of Coon Rapids, MN, and Brandi R. Reynolds (Joshua) of Schuylkill Haven; step son and step daughters, Jennifer Terrill (Christopher) of Springfield, Elizabeth Miller (Matthew) of York, and Daniel Lonnquist of Wallingsford; sisters and brother, Deborah Meach (Thomas) of Olympia, WA, Gary Newton (Law) of San Antonio, TX, and Sharon Haskins (James) of Radcliff, KY; eight grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. Pam will be missed by Lucy Lu, Xena, Thor and Piper her beloved puppy’s that laid by her side until her last day. Sadly, three days following her passing, her husband, William, entered eternal rest as well.

A combined funeral service for Bill and Pam will be held at 2PM on Wednesday, April 13 at Parthemore Funeral Home & Cremation Services, New Cumberland. Visitation will be held one hour prior to services in the funeral home. Immediately following, a procession will depart for Rolling Green Cemetery, Camp Hill, for a joint committal service.
