Paul E. Arnold

Paul E. Arnold, 88, formerly of Lewisberry, died on August 4, 2018, at Brookdale Grandon Farms, Mechanicsburg. Son of the late Russel R. Arnold and Dorothy (Cassel) Lindsay, he was born on December 21, 1929.

Paul was a pipefitter throughout his life, retiring from Honeywell, Harrisburg; he was also a U.S. Army veteran. He was a member of the Plumbers and Pipefitters UA Local 520 and a lifelong New York Yankees and Oakland Raiders fan. Outside of work, you could probably find Paul in his garden. Paul’s greatest passion, however, were his grandchildren – Paul truly lived for the time he was able to spend with them.

Surviving are four children; Wayne Arnold, of Boulder, CO, Karen Stover (Gary), of Chambersburg, Paul Arnold (Dawn), of Lemoyne, and Jeffery Arnold (Colleen), of Ardmore; grandchildren, Christopher Stover, Stephen Stover, Maura Arnold, and Shea Arnold; and two great grandchildren, Kevin and Isabelle Stover. Paul was predeceased by his parents; his wife, Lois Jean (Huber) Arnold; and a brother, William, of Penbrook.
