Paula M. Blessing

Paula M. Blessing, 84, of Mechanicsburg, died Monday, October 17, 2022, at UPMC Pinnacle Carlisle.

She was a member of Cedar Hill Baptist Church, Dillsburg. Paula was an enthusiastic supporter of the Salvation Army, the Mennonite Disaster Service, and the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank.

Born on March 27, 1938, she was the daughter of the late Paul E. and Mary K. E. (Shafer) Lantz. She was the widow of George B. Blessing, Jr. She was also preceded in death by a brother, William Lantz.

Surviving are two sons, Michael D. Blessing (Stacy) of Carlisle and Steven B. Blessing of Shippensburg; three grandchildren, Noah, Harley, and Devin; two great grandchildren, Alexzander and Joshua: a sister, Judy Shetron and brother-in-law, Harvey Shetron, of Mechanicsburg; and many nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at Cedar Hill Baptist Church, Dillsburg, at a future date.
