Rebecca Jean Goetz

Rebecca Jean Goetz, 49, of Hampden Twp., Mechanicsburg, passed away Thursday, July 17, 2014, at her home.
Born on April 14th, 1965, in Huntingdon, she was the daughter of Betty (Overdurf) Long of Harrisburg and the late Henry L. Long.
In addition to her mother, surviving are her husband, Joseph William Goetz; four sisters, Cynthia A. Brown of Burke, VA, Joanne M. Fenstermacher of Simsbury, CT, Elizabeth C. Stickel of Springfield, VA, and Jennifer S. Cribari of Harrisburg; her mother-in-law, Mary Goetz of New Cumberland; five nephews and three nieces.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are respectfully requested to the Humane Society of Harrisburg (www.humanesocietyhbg.org), 7790 Grayson Road, Harrisburg, PA 17111.
