Stephen Jordan Pierce

Stephen Jordan Pierce, 69, of Harrisburg died Monday, May 13, 2019 at his residence.

An Air National Guard of Pennsylvania and the Reserve of the United States Air Force veteran, he was a retired Claims Representative from the Social Security Administration. A 1967 graduate of Cedar Cliff High School, he received his Bachelor’s degree in 1971 from Shippensburg University.

He was born August 2, 1949 in Harrisburg to the late Lawrence C. and Dorothy S. (Harter) Pierce.

He is survived by a daughter, Wendy Rabin (John) of Annapolis, MD; son Bradley (Laura) of Rome, ME; two brothers, Lawrence, Jr. of New Cumberland and James of Harrisburg; and three grandsons, Alexander, William, and George.

A celebration of life gathering will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
