William A. "Billy" Mack

January 3, 1940 — February 7, 2020

William A. “Billy” Mack, 80, of Mechanicsburg, passed on Friday, February 7, 2020, at UPMC West Shore Hospital, Hampden Twp.

He retired as a professional driver for the former Hall’s Trucking, Mechanicsburg and also retired from East Coast Food Co. Inc., Lewisberry. He cooked for several local VFW’S and American Legions in the area. Billy enjoyed being on the golf course any chance he could. Billy also spent many hours playing solitaire on the tablet winning and collecting his coins. But Billy’s most favorite past time was spending his time with his girls.

William was also in the United States Air Force from 1956 through 1960.

Born on January 3, 1940, in Dover, NJ, he was the son of the late William B. and Cora A. (Jagger) Mack. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Kellie M. Enders (Mack).

Surviving are two daughters, Melissa S. Reyes, husband Angel L. of Mechanicsburg, and Victoria A. Newman, husband Darryl E. of New Cumberland; eight grandchildren; six great grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the VFW Post # 7415, 109 3rd St. New Cumberland PA 17070 on Saturday February 15, 2020 from 12:00pm – 4:00pm.
