William I. Mcfadden

William I. McFadden, 73, of Fairview Twp., New Cumberland, died Wednesday, June 25th, 2014, at Harrisburg Hospital.
He retired as a Financial Analyst for the Commonwealth of PA, Public Utility Commission; an Air Force Veteran having served during the Viet Nam War; a member of St. Theresa Catholic Church, New Cumberland; the New Cumberland Boating and Fishing Club; Knights Of Columbus, St. Theresa Of The Infant Jesus Council #8921; V.F.W. Post 7415 and the American Legion Post 143, both of New Cumberland. He was born in Williamsport on April 9, 1941, and was preceded in death by his mother, Catherine McFadden and a sister, Catherine Kocher.
Surviving are his wife of 51 years, Carol M. Stoker McFadden; daughter, Kathleen R. Cser and her husband John, of Allentown, a son and his wife, William B. and Lisa McFadden of Ortanna; daughter, Colleen M. McFadden of Woodbridge, VA; a brother, Thomas McFadden; five grandchildren, Megan McFadden and husband, Jake Wilkens, Curtis McFadden, Benjamin McFadden and wife, Brittani, Johanna Cser and John Cser Jr.; Katie, his Springer Spaniel dog.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 AM on Tuesday at St. Theresa Catholic Church, New Cumberland, with the Rev. Michael McFadden as celebrant. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
Family and friends will be received following the Mass.
