Ann Marie Lattig, 34, of New Cumberland, PA, passed away on Friday, April 3, 2026, at Holy Spirit Hospital, Camp Hill.
Annie was a graduate of Cedar Cliff High School, where she first began what would become a lifelong connection with the Pollock Center for Industrial Training in Mechanicsburg. Starting in the program during her high school years, she transitioned into a role there following graduation and remained a dedicated part of the Pollock Center community ever since. She truly loved being there-both the work and, more importantly, the people.
Annie had a personality that was entirely her own. She had no filter and kept those around her on their toes-you never quite knew what she was going to say, but it was always genuine and from the heart. Her honesty and humor were part of what made her so memorable to everyone she met.
Despite facing both physical disabilities and developmental challenges throughout her life, Annie carried herself with resilience and acceptance. She never questioned the hand she was dealt, choosing instead to live life on her own terms-completely and unapologetically.
She found joy in the simple things: country and western music, a good plate of spaghetti, and, of course, pizza. More than anything, Annie loved being around people. She thrived on human connection and had a way of leaving a lasting impression wherever she went.
At the center of her life was the special bond she shared with her mother-a relationship built on deep love, understanding, and unwavering support.
Annie lived life her way, all the way, and that is exactly how she will be remembered.
Surviving are her parents, Jo Ann Lattig of New Cumberland, and Jerry A. Lattig (Kim) of Cape Coral, FL; siblings, Heather Ann Whitt and Danielle Lattig; grandparents, James Shank and Robert Sheaffer, Jr.; many aunts and uncles, but a few aunts to whom she was particularly close, Melinda "Mindy" Bryan, Darlene McCurdy, and Mary Tino. Annie was preceded in death by several grandparents, including John D. Wibby and Mary Jean Doyle (Michael), Lester and Beverly Lattig, Carol Shank, and Tina Sheaffer.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, May 23, 2026, from 12-3PM at Mt. Pleasant Church of God, 146 S. York Road, Dillsburg, PA 17019.
In lieu of flowers, please consider making a contribution in Annie's name to the Cerebral Palsy Foundation or to Autism Speaks.
