Betsy Noel (Frantz) Pinciaro

Betsy Noel (Frantz) Pinciaro, 61, of New Cumberland, passed away on Friday, September 12, 2025.

A graduate of Red Land High School, she was a dental hygienist before going on to work for Delta Dental. She retired from there after 20 years as a claims supervisor. She and her husband, Bob, were members of Fishing Creek Salem United Methodist Church, Lewisberry, and Betsy was a member of the New Cumberland Legion Post 143 Ladies Auxiliary. She was courageous in all aspects of life, soft-spoken, and well-liked by all who knew her.

Surviving Betsy is her husband of 39 years, Robert Pinciaro; parents, David E. and Marilyn N. Frantz; aunts, Carolyn Acker Fry, Sherri Acker Harmon (Glenn), and Lori Angela Acker; niece, Lisa Hawkins; nephew, Eric Hawkins (Hollie); two great nieces and two great nephews; and cousins. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, William A. Frantz & Margaretta Frantz.

A visitation will be held from 10AM until a memorial service begins at 11AM on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at Parthemore Funeral Home, New Cumberland. Interment will be private and held at the convenience of the family in Rolling Green Cemetery, Camp Hill.
