Charles F. Rodgers

Charles F. Rodgers, 96, of Homosassa, FL and formerly of Fairview Twp., New Cumberland, PA, died Saturday, July 6, 2013, at Citrus Memorial Hospital, Inverness, FL.

He retired as a carpenter for Amtrak; a member of New Life Baptist Church, New Cumberland, and a life member of the Fairview Twp. Fire Dept. Born on August 10, 1916, he was the son of the late Frank and Laura (Stough) Rodgers. He was the widower of Esther Mae (Harro) Rodgers.

Surviving is a son, Kenneth W. Rodgers (Kim) of Homosassa, FL.
Funeral services will be held at 2 PM on Friday in New Life Baptist Church, New Cumberland, PA, with Pastor Ronnie Riggins, his pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Cross Roads Cemetery, Fairview Twp. Viewing will be held 1 - 2 PM on Friday at the church.
