Harrisburg

**In Loving Memory of Cleophas James Inman Jr.**

Cleophas James Inman Jr., affectionately known as Cleo or Junior, 65, of Harrisburg, passed away on Thursday, October 30, 2025, with his family by his side. Born on March 25, 1960, in Canton, Ohio, he was the son of the late Ida L. (Cook) and Cleophas J. Inman Sr. He is preceded in death by his infant son Cleophas J Inman Jr II, whose legacy of love he carried throughout his life and his brother's Andre and Darrell Inman.

He was a 1978 graduate of Mckinley Senior High School, Canton, Ohio. After Cleo graduated he joined the Military and moved to Texas where he met the love of his life and spent the next 45 years by her side. He was a jack of all trades but enjoyed working with and meeting new people the most.

Cleo is survived by his devoted wife, Sylvia Inman, and their cherished children: Michael (Hannah) Inman, Stephanie (Charles) Inman, Jacqueline (William) Inman, and Jaleesa (Jeffrey) Inman. His brothers: Kenny (Gertie) Inman, Johnny (Victoria) Inman, Pierre (Jan) Inman; Sisters: Brenda (James) Robinson, and Tonya Inman. He also embraced his bonus daughters, Brenda Almodovar, Shayla Kindell and Devin Stroud, with the same unwavering love and pride.

His greatest joy came from being a grandfather. Cleo leaves behind a legacy of laughter, warmth, and unconditional love in his grandchildren: Tiffany, Tyler, Adrian, Jeremiah, Tyra, Jayden, Brooklyn, Khaleesi, Zaya, Dejanay, Jacob, Javoni and Skylar. Each one held a special place in his heart, and he made sure they knew it every single day.

For the past 24 years, Cleo made his home in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, where he worked as a stocker at Walmart. Known for his infectious smile and genuine kindness, Cleo never met a stranger. He found joy in every interaction and made lasting impressions on all who crossed his path.

Cleo was the heartbeat of every gathering—his laughter, stories, and spirit lit up every room. He loved his family fiercely and lived to make others feel seen, heard, and loved. His legacy is one of compassion, connection, and celebration.

We are eternally grateful that our children experienced the magic of his love. Cleo was the best grandpa, a devoted husband, a proud father, and a friend to many. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
