Donna Jean Topolski

Donna Jean Topolski, 83, of New Cumberland died Friday, April 18, 2014 at Carolyn Croxton Slane Hospice Residence, Susquehanna Twp.
She was an Air Force veteran of the Korean War and is listed in the Women in Military Service for America Memorial. She was a member of the New Cumberland Women's Club, a prizewinning seamstress and was a Girl Scout leader. She enjoyed ceramics, sewing, quilting, reading, baking, spending time with her grandchildren and watching wheel of fortune and Jeopardy.
She was born October 7, 1930 in Muncie, IN to the late Joseph and Hattie (Kindred) Pettay.
She is survived by her husband, Thomas J. Topolski; a son, Thomas J., Jr. (Christy) of Mechanicsburg; four daughters, Helen Topolski of Lemoyne, Susan Malte (Robert)of Seattle, WA, Patricia Hegedus of Lewisberry, and Laura Myers of New Cumberland; a brother, Joseph Pettay of Columbus, OH; sister, Ellen Ricail of Radcliff, KY; and seven grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 11:30am Thursday at Parthemore Funeral Home, New Cumberland. Interment with Military Honors will follow in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Hanover Twp.
