Eleanor P. Green

Eleanor P. Green, 92, of Fairview Twp., New Cumberland, passed away on Thursday, June 6, 2019 in her residence surrounded by her loving family.

She was a member of St. Theresa Catholic Church, New Cumberland. Of all of the things in life that brought her pleasure, family was the most important and meant everything to her.

Eleanor was born in Harrisburg to the late Robert and Barbara (Cunjak) Quaid.

She was the widow of William M. Green, Sr. and is survived by her son William M. Green, Jr. (Robin Bastardi), of New Cumberland; seven siblings, Agnes Meck, Helen Shimp, John Quaid, Donna Quaid, James Quaid, all of Harrisburg, Nancy Haley of Enola and Michael Quaid of New Cumberland; a granddaughter Jennifer Green of New Cumberland; and her canine companion Sebastian (Poochy).

A memorial service will be held at 11 am on Wednesday, June 12, 2019 in Parthemore Funeral Home & Cremation Services, New Cumberland. Visitation will be one hour prior to services.
