James E. Bobb, Sr.

James E. Bobb, Sr., 71, of Manchester died Sunday, May 14^th, 2023 at his home. 

A 1970 graduate of Cedar Cliff High School, Jim was a retired Equipment Mechanic from Airopak Corporation and prior to that worked as a Truck Driver, and Equipment Mechanic for many years at American National Can Company.

He loved fishing, boating, working on small engines, traveling, and his dogs, Lucy and Rex.  He was born November 3, 1951 in Harrisburg.  He was preceded in death by his father, Frank E. Bobb, and brothers, Frank and William.

He is survived by his mother, Mary Ellen (Long) Bobb of York; daughter, Jody L. Graves, (Richard) of Dover; son, James E. Bobb, Jr. and his partner Kimberly of Red Lion; grandchildren, Michael Montgomery (Tricia) of Altoona and Anya Nicholson of Red Lion; great-granddaughter, Elsie Montgomery of Altoona; sister-in-laws, Lorraine of Camp Hill and Christine of New Cumberland; and nieces, Bethany Klippel and Denise Trutt.

A Celebration of Life ceremony will be held at a future date.
