Jeanne Robertson Blaine, 86, of Camp Hill, PA met Jesus face-to-face on Monday, July 6, 2026.
Jeanne was born on August 18th of 1939 in Paw Paw, West Virginia. She dedicated her life to God and her family, nurturing them with love, delicious meals, and unwavering care. A Harrisburg Polyclinic School of Nursing graduate (RN), she labored tirelessly, caring for the needs of family members and friends in her time off duty as they healed in the hospital. She retired from a career in nursing at age 77.
Jeanne was a faithful Camp Hill Church of Christ member for 60+ years and enjoyed her work with the Stepping Stones Ladies' Auxiliary for Ohio Valley University in Parkersburg, WV. Her kind and generous spirit extended beyond her home and church; she volunteered at Golden Living Nursing Home, Manor Care, and served in the Kitchen every summer for 24 years at Camp Manatawny, touching many lives with her compassion and faithfulness.
Her grandchildren held a special place in her heart, and she treasured the moments spent with them. Jeanne was also a passionate gardener, finding joy and serenity in tending to her lovely flower gardens. An accomplished seamstress, she created countless beautiful pieces over the years, most notably her daughters' wedding gowns and bridesmaids' dresses.
She will be forever carried in the hearts of her loved ones, including her son, Curtis Blaine (Debbra) of Camp Hill, PA, and daughters, Natalie Acri of Camp Hill, PA, and Dawn Chapman (Mike) of Searcy, AR; sisters June Barge (Bruce) of York Haven, and Deleda Keiser (Rob) of Etters, PA; Cousins Guy Sharp (Roxanne) of Berkeley Springs, WV; seven grandchildren; Jessica Blaine, Barbara Smith, Sarah Blaine, Katie Hodle, Eden Taylor, Brooke Taylor and Blaine Chapman; and nine great-grandchildren, Braden Hawbecker, Sierra Oakley, Ava Werner, Emma Werner, Aubree Wolf, Gabriel Hodle, Maverick Hodle, Shayaa Stark, and Alaina Wolf; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents Floyd and Deleda Roberston, Jeanne was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas G. Blaine, and brother Floyd Robertson, Jr.
Jeanne's enduring legacy of love and selflessness will be treasured by all whose lives she touched. Her family would like to extend heartfelt gratitude to Parthemore Funeral Home for their compassionate care, and her church family at Camp Hill Church of Christ for their love and support during this difficult time. A sincere appreciation goes out to the many kind caregivers at Camp Hill Nursing and Rehabilitation and to Gentiva Hospice for the tender care they provided to Jeanne in her final days.
Funeral services will be conducted at noon Monday, July 13th at Parthemore Funeral Home, 1303 Bridge Street, New Cumberland, PA 17070, with Minister Isaiah Krause officiating.
Family and friends will gather at 11am for a viewing on Monday at the funeral home. Burial will follow services at Rolling Green Cemetery, Camp Hill.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Camp Manatawny, 33 Camp Rd. Douglassville, PA 19518, https://www.manatawny.org/
