Joanne R. Kanode

Joanne R. Kanode, 79, of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania passed away on

December 9 at her home. She was born on July 28, 1944, in Roaring

Spring, Pennsylvania to the late Rev. Isaac S. and Maybelle R. Kanode.

She is survived by her two sisters, Pauline Kanode Allison Peifer (late

husband, Elvin), Beth Kanode Sider (husband, Ronald); nieces, Sheryl

Allison Peachey, Rhonda Sider Edgington (husband, Mark), Faithe Allison

Soles (husband, Dwight); nephews, Steven Allison (wife, Kristy), Eric Sider,

and numerous great-nieces and great-nephews. As a resident of Keystone

Human Services, Joanne was blessed to have Susan Flowers serve as a

caregiver for the past 35 years. Services and interment will be private.
