Kathleen E. “Kat” Bistline, 61, of Camp Hill, passed away on the morning of Friday, August 23, 2024, at her residence. Born in New York City to the late Delores Hotchkiss, she would move several times—to Florida, Nevada, and then Colorado—before settling in south central PA.
Kat was a graduate of Piper High School in Sunrise, FL, and would become an expert in the field of crystals, gemstones and minerals. Most recently, she ran her business out of Crystal Cove Collective in the Lower Allen Shopping Center. Her first date with Randy (her future husband) resulted in a motorcycle ride and a slushie, and these would be the simple things that kept their relationship healthy and fun. She was a lover of animals, and she was a supporter of different groups focusing on domestic violence and substance abuse awareness and recovery. Kat was an unbelievable cook, and she often made food or soup for those in need. She had just helped Randy raise a litter of pug puppies, but their upcoming fall train ride to Maine was not to be. She will be missed by all those who were lucky enough to have known her.
Surviving Kat is her loving husband, Randy I. Bistline; and a brother and sister, Raymond Striker of AZ and Holly Power of Las Vegas, NV.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 5PM on Wednesday, August 28, 2024, at JFT Recovery & Veterans Support, 300 Market Street, Lemoyne, PA 17043.
In lieu of flowers, please consider making a contribution in Kat’s name to JFT Recovery & Veterans Support Services at www.jft-rvss.org.
