Linda Swigert Phelabaum

Linda Swigert Phelabaum, 63, of New Cumberland died Friday at her home.
She enjoyed painting, history, and going to the beach.
She was born August 26, 1953 in Harrisburg to the late Harry Phillip and Ruth Elizabeth (Strickland) Swigert.
She is survived by her husband Paul H. Phelabaum; daughter, Belinda Woodburn (Scott) of Rocky Mount, NC; son Robert Phelabaum of New Cumberland; sister, Carole Kaiser (Peter) of New Cumberland; and three grandchildren, Kelsey, Connor, and Morgan, nieces Amy Graham and Jodie Graham.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 897, Hershey, PA 17033 or to Humane Society of the Harrisburg Area, 7790 Grayson Rd, Harrisburg, PA 17111.
