Mary Theresa Yarolin

Mary Theresa Yarolin, 82 of Camp Hill, formerly of Wilkes-Barre died Saturday, August 8, 2026 at her home surrounded by family following a courageous battle with cancer.

She received her Bachelors Degree from Misericordia University, Dallas, PA and Masters in Education from Scranton University. She was a retired elementary school teacher from Wilkes-Barre School System and then became a dedicated stay at home mother when her family moved to Camp Hill. She enjoyed reading and was a wonderful cook.

She was born May 30, 1944 in Wilkes-Barre to the late John and Mary (Fertal) Benz. She was also preceded in death by her brother John.

She is survived by her husband of fifty years, Paul M. Yarolin; daughters, Maria C. Yarolin (Paul C. Grisanti) of New York, NY and Stephanie Yarolin of Camp Hill; and brothers, George Benz of Ventura, CA and William Benz (Helen) of Alexandria, VA.

Viewing will be from 5 to 7pm Monday, August 17th at Parthemore Funeral Home, New Cumberland. Parastas (Prayer Service) will begin at 6:30pm.

Funeral Divine Liturgy will be Celebrated at 10:30 Tuesday, August 18th at St. Ann Byzantine Catholic Church, 5408 Locust Lane, Harrisburg, PA 17109-5526. Panachida or Committal will follow at 1pm at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Hanover Twp.
