Ralph Joseph Dolbin, 90, of Mechanicsburg died Monday, September 8, 2025 at his home.
Joe was a 1953 graduate of William Penn High School, Harrisburg and 1956 graduate of Thaddeus Stevens Trade School in Lancaster. An Army Veteran of the Korean War Era, he was a retired Electrician from Bethlehem Steel Corporation in Steelton. He was a member of Aldersgate United Methodist Church, Mechanicsburg and enjoyed model train collecting, Penn State Football, going to the Jersey Shore, and gathering with his Riverside classmates from high school. He cherished time with his children and grandchildren.
He was born March 30, 1935 in Harrisburg to the late Ralph W. and Mary E. (Marshall) Dolbin. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Mary Lou (Leitzel) Dolbin; and sisters, Mary Ann Myers and Nancy Smith.
He is survived by his daughter, Debbie L. Reigel (Richard) of Wickenburg, AZ; sons, Robert J. Dolbin (Angela) of Mechanicsburg and David M. Dolbin (Kim) of Mechanicsburg; companion, Kim Orner of Harrisburg; sister, Patricia Bowman of Camp Hill; grandchildren, Taylor L. Reigel (Brandon Lacquement) and Cary D. Reigel, both of Phoenix, AZ, Caden M. Dolbin and Matthew D. Dolbin both of Mechanicsburg; great-grandchildren, Julia R. Lacquement and Mary R. Lacquement; and several nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be from 10am until funeral services at 11am Tuesday, September 16, 2025 at Aldersgate United Methodist Church, Mechanicsburg. Burial will follow in Rolling Green Cemetery, 1810 Carlisle Rd., Camp Hill.
