Richard C. Angino

Richard C. Angino, age 86, of Harrisburg, passed away unexpectedly on September 11, 2026, surrounded by loved ones. Mr. Angino was a prominent attorney known through his law firm, Angino Law, and its most notable predecessor, Angino and Rovner. He was co-owner, with his wife, Alice, of the Italian Gardens at Felicita and Felicita Mountain Resort, Spa and Golf course.

Richard Angino was born on May 2, 1940, to the late Carmen and Filomena (Lombardi) Angino, Italian immigrants. He was raised near Pittsburgh, PA and graduated from Duquesne High School. He was a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College, Lancaster, PA and Villanova University Law School.

Mr. Angino was predeceased by his son, Frederick Michael Angino. He was also predeceased by his siblings, Dominic Angino, Angeline Ponist, Michael Angino, Marian Kennedy, Lena Angino, and Dolores (Dolly) Becker.

Richard Angino is survived by his wife and partner of over 50 years, Alice Klinger Angino; his children, Elizabeth (Libby) Hopper Hale (Sheri Patton) of Lemoyne, Richard C. Angino (Charmaine) of Winston-Salem, NC, and William B. Angino (Julie) of Camp Hill. Mr. Angino is also survived by his grandchildren, Lillian (Hale) Bradshaw (Jason) of Norristown, PA, Marissa (Angino) Hokaj (Nik) of Pittsburgh, PA, Michael Frederick Angino of San Diego, CA, and great grandchildren, Anthony, Sophia and Anastasia Hokaj, numerous nieces, nephews and extended relatives.

Mr. Angino was past president of the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association and former Board Member of the American Horticultural Society.

Richard Angino was a parishioner at St. Matthew the Apostle and Evangelist Catholic Church, Dauphin, PA. He and Alice were generous benefactors supporting the building of a new church and parish activity center in Stoney Creek Valley.

Mr. Angino also generously supported his alma maters, Franklin and Marshall College and Villanova University Law School. Numerous local organizations and community programs benefitted from his generous philanthropy including The United Way, The Foundation for Enhancing Communities, Open Stage of Harrisburg, The Harrisburg Boys and Girls Club, The Leukemia Society, the Multiple Sclerosis Society, The YWCA of Harrisburg, Penn State-Hershey Medical Center, St. Francis of Assisi Church and countless others.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations be made to The Leukemia Society.
