Richard Michael Cook

Richard Michael “Mike” Cook, 69, formerly of New Cumberland, passed away on Friday, October 20, 2023 in Spring Creek Rehabilitation, Harrisburg.

He was retired from New York Wire, York, PA and was an avid bowler.

Mike was born in Chambersburg, PA, the son of Winifred (Forthey) Cook of New Cumberland and the late Blain Cook.  In addition to his father, Mike was preceded in death by a daughter, April Cook and a sister, Sandra Cook Beinhower.

He is survived by his sons, Shawn and Joseph; three brothers, Blaine, Martin and Clifford; a sister Elaine Beinhower; and a grandson, Tristen Cook.

In keeping with Mike’s wishes, a private memorial service will be scheduled at the convenience of the family.
