Richard L. "Rick" Fisher

Richard L. Fisher, 56, of Dillsburg, died Tuesday, August 15, 2017, at his home.

He was a former employee of Capital Blue Shield and a 1979 graduate of Cedar Cliff High School, Camp Hill. Rick enjoyed fishing, being outdoors, and NASCAR. Born on March 26, 1961, in Harrisburg, he was the son of Richard E. and Barbara (McCormick) Fisher of New Cumberland.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his sister, Vicki F. Dubs of Etters; a nephew, Alex J. Dubs, and a niece, Danielle N. Dubs.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Assn., (www.diabetes.org), 301 Chestnut St, Harrisburg, PA 17101.
