Robert E. Anspach

Robert E. Anspach, 82, of Newberry Twp., Etters, died Friday, June 28, 2013, at Country Meadows of York, West Manchester Twp.

He retired as a butcher at Hess's Butcher Shop of Willow Street and was an U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War. Born on November 23, 1930, he was the son of the late Ralph Sr. and Mary (Weitzel) Anspach.

Surviving are his wife, Barbara (Findley) Anspach; two sons, Albert E. (Wanda) of Etters and John R. of Lancaster; two daughters, Cynthia Doerr (Stanley) of Dallastown and Rose Wagman (Gene) of Wrightsville; three brothers, William of Lancaster, Ralph of Mt. Joy and Donald of Manheim; seven grandchildren, two great grandchildren.

Grave side services with full military honors will be held at 10:30 AM on Tuesday at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Hanover Twp.
