Samuel E. Barbush

Samuel E. Barbush, 66, of Etters passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family Wednesday, August 16, 2023 at UPMC West Shore Hospital. 

He attended Red Land High School and was a retired Sanitation Supervisor from Stroehmann Bakery.  He enjoyed time in the mountains, hunting, fishing, and riding his ATV.  Sam was a good man and will be missed by many.

He was born August 7, 1957 in Mechanicsburg.  He was preceded in death by his father, Simon and brother, Simon Jr.

He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Tammy (Forbes) Barbush; mother, Delores (Sprenkle) Barbush; daughter, Samantha Rineer (Michael) of Columbia; sister, Deb Keller (Ed); brother, Tim Barbush; grandchildren, William, Halie, Caleb, and Lucas; several nieces and nephews; mother-in-law, Jane Tezak; and father-in-law, Frank Forbes.

Visitation will be from 4pm until memorial services at 5pm Monday, August 28^th at Parthemore Funeral Home and Cremation Services, New Cumberland.
